Price Point Comfort came to us in December of 2021 struggling to create more exposure in several local markets of their services. With goals for expansion and saturating a new market, growing and attracting more customers outside of relying on word of mouth alone proved to be a short challenge. As a newer company, building up a repeat client base proved to be no short challenge.
That’s when Price Point Comfort approached us to help drive more calls and repeat customers for their business.
Solution & Strategy
Knowing that Price Point Comfort focuses on family first, we created a social content strategy that focused on positioning the family as the focal point of everything. Instead of competing with the larger competitors on price, we focused on demonstrating the quality of service backed by the trust of the family in their content.
We intentionally focused on curating content involving the family making the audience feel connected. We’ve also focused on seasonal offers to drive traffic during peak seasons.
Knowing that they needed to increase their search ranking, we’ve helped optimize their local SEO listings and backlink strategy in order to drive more traffic to their new website as well. Working in tandem with their web company, we have consistently driven traffic for them month after month.
Users Reached Within 90 Days
Working with Price Point Comfort, we’ve grown their audience month after month. More importantly, every 3-5 posts usually result in several appointments booked. We’ve helped them expand in several new markets and continue to partner together as they grow.
Results from the first 90 days of working together:
- The number of net likes Increased by 22.62%, a total of 57 organic likes on their Facebook page
- Total engagements increased by 204.03%, with a total of 917 reactions, comments, shares and check-ins combined
- Total impressions increased by 156.88%
- A total number of 41,666 both organic and viral impressions
- The account reached 18,739 users
- Publishing habits became more consistent with 12 posts going out monthly at strategic times.
